Extension is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Butler, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and HR support
- Manage onboarding paperwork, employee records, and HRIS data
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support employee relations, documentation, and compliance initiatives
- Track attendance, PTO, and leave-related items (FMLA, workers’ comp, etc.)
- Provide backup support for payroll processing and audits
- Partner with leadership to maintain a professional, compliant workplace
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1 years of HR experience (internships or early career experience welcome)
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Exposure to payroll or payroll systems strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Organized, self-starter who can work independently
- Comfortable with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Salary Information
- $65,000 – $70,000/year 4–6% quarterly bonus
