Extension is seeking Line & Prep Cooks for a direct hire opportunity with one of our growing clients in Southeastern WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Execute heavy prep work during early morning shifts
- Work across multiple stations during service (grill, prep, etc.)
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow strict cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with catering events and full kitchen support as needed
- Contribute to menu ideas and continuous kitchen improvement
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of cooking experience in restaurants, country clubs, or professional kitchens
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Food Safety certification preferred
Salary Information
- $20/hour bonus eligibility
