This is a year-round position for an experienced educator who believes in the brilliance of young children and the power of play, identity-affirming curriculum, and strong family partnerships.
As Lead Teacher, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain a safe and inviting classroom, and support each child’s growth across all developmental domains.

- Step 8 in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) or commitment to complete the training to achieve Step 8 within six (6) months of hire.
- Proficient in using digital tools, including:
- Playground (parent communication and attendance)
- Google email and drive tools
- Strong foundation in early childhood development and a culturally responsive approach to teaching.
- A passion for creating inclusive, joyful learning environments that reflect the children and communities we serve.
- Competitive Pay: depending on experience and qualifications.
- Paid Vacation: Begins after one year of employment.
- Sick Leave: 40 hours annually.
- Personal Holidays: Two paid personal holidays per year.
- Professional Development: Staff have access to ongoing, paid training and professional development to support their growth as educators and leaders in early learning.
