Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education, including knowledge of child development and best practices for preschool and kindergarten readiness.
- Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for children ages 2.5 to 6.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
- Experience supporting Kindergarten readiness skills through play-based and child-led learning.
- Relevant education or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree).
- Previous experience as a preschool or early elementary teacher, lead teacher, or similar role.
- Ability to maintain a safe, organized classroom and adhere to state licensing and health regulations.
