- Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and material preparation

- Supervise mealtimes, diapering/toileting, and rest times in accordance with health and safety policies
- Document children’s learning and development using the Kaymbu platform
- Communicate positively and professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership
- Maintain a clean, calm, and safe classroom environment
- Uphold classroom expectations and behavior guidance practices that align with the values of empathy, respect, and consistency
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Step 5 or higher in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) preferred (or willingness to complete training to achieve Step 5 within 90 days of hire)
- Experience working with young children in a licensed child care, school, or home setting
- Proficient with digital tools including Kaymbu, Playground, and Google email (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children at their level
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a love for children
- Pay: based on experience and qualifications
- Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours annually
- Personal Holidays: Two paid personal holidays per year
- Paid Training: Access to professional development opportunities
- Tuition Reimbursement: Available for those pursuing a degree or certification in early childhood education
