Location: Johnston, RI Or Westwood, MA 02090 HYBRID (onsite 3 days a week)
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Range: $40-$50/hr on W2

Job Title: Wealth Management Sourcer

What's the Job?
- Identify and connect with passive candidates for various Wealth Management roles
- Assess candidate interest levels and qualifications to ensure a good fit
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiting teams
- Maintain strong partnerships with recruiters to ensure effective candidate sourcing
- Utilize innovative sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience recruiting or sourcing for FINRA licensed financial advisors preferred
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill requisitions
- High volume outbound activity skills via phone and sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of the latest sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and Google
