- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify, define, and deliver actionable research insights.
- Develop and execute comprehensive research roadmaps both collaboratively and independently.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle.
- Contribute to shaping product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans based on research findings.
- Utilize advanced research methodologies to inform user-centered design decisions and improve overall user experience.
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a product/user research setting.
- Strong expertise in research design, study management, and analysis, including qualitative (IDIs, usability sessions, contextual inquiry) and quantitative (benchmarking, surveys, card sorts) methodologies.
- Proficiency with online research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Lookback, dscout, and Optimal Workshop, along with familiarity with prototyping and design software like Figma and Origami.
- Experience with AI-native research processes is preferred.
