Pay Range: $50-60hr on W2

Job Description
- What are must-have skills for this role: User Acceptance Testing, Order to Cash, Test Management, eCommerce
- Years of experience required for each skill: 4
- Job duties/responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance the quality engineering function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative testing products and solutions
- Analyze and optimize testing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct user experience testing to improve overall product quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies
Scope: provide execution support for various business processes including Front end, Order Management, Purchase Flow, Fulfillment, Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Revenue Recognition.
Typical Tasks
- Automate the process of placing orders and collecting evidence using test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Manually place orders, collect screenshots, and gather other evidence artifacts.
- Support the coordination of UAT activities across multiple teams.
- Create UAT test scripts and outline customer journey steps.
- Assist in identifying critical vs. non-critical test cases.
- Support the training of business teams on UAT test cases.
- Execute UAT test scripts and document results.
- Capture and prioritize feedback from stakeholders.
- Strong ability to follow technical instructions and navigate around roadblocks
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive way of working, and strong communication
- Ability to operate in fast paced environments
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, CloudShell, Curl, Step Functions, State Machines)
- Experience in Ecommerce, Telecom, or Internet service provider industries
