- Manage and govern all incoming threat modeling requests across the enterprise to ensure compliance with standards.
- Enforce readiness gates, validate artifacts, and coordinate with application teams to facilitate timely threat analysis.
- Maintain capacity models, schedule delivery, and manage demand to optimize resource utilization.
- Track and escalate Waiting on Customer Action (WCA) delays, producing analytics for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to provide visibility into operational performance.
- 5 years of experience in security engineering, program operations, or related fields.
- Strong program management skills with experience in service delivery or platform governance.
- Proficiency with Jira, dashboards, and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive reporting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage cross-cultural teams effectively.
