What's the Job?
- Provide support to end users on a variety of technical issues
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical assistance
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with moving and implementing large enterprise equipment and cabling installations
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related area is a plus
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT or telecommunications field
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and work in environments that may be noisy, cramped, or elevated
