Job Title: University Technical Recruiter (Contractor)

What's the Job?
- Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles across technical and non-technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, university partners, and candidates.
- Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
- Support the design and delivery of intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our organization at targeted schools and conferences, including HBCUs, HSIs, and other diversity-focused institutions.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
- Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-35% for campus visits and events.
- Experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming is preferred.
