- Install, maintain, and upgrade internal Linux computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.
- Control user access and propose system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Monitor system usage and performance, ensuring high uptime and availability.
- Train personnel on system usage and best practices.
- Provide server support for engineering design teams, ensuring solutions meet or exceed business requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience in Linux system administration and support.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, shell scripting, and automation tools like Puppet.
- Experience with provisioning of physical and virtual systems.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, configuration management, and performance optimization.
