Job Title: Support / Release Engineer III

What's the Job?
- Manage release deployments and infrastructure supporting mobile builds
- Own and lead multiple project releases, primarily focusing on mobile data programs
- Collaborate closely with developers and technical staff to ensure smooth deployment processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux/UNIX
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer focus throughout project execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing and software troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge of Android and Mac OS X (10.4 and above)
- Experience with release management and supporting Windows XP/7 and Server OS
- Solid understanding of network protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Windows Server networking
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
