What's the Job?
- Drive the design, development, and enhancement of the organization's IAM program, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead the implementation and support of IAM solutions such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve security posture and mitigate identity-related risks.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
- Participate in governance, compliance efforts, and on-call support to ensure continuous security improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields, with a focus on IAM solutions.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity solutions.
- Proficiency in implementing or supporting IAM solutions like PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks, compliance standards, and user lifecycle management processes.
