- Upgrade SQL Server environments from versions 2016/2019 to SQL Server 2022, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Build and configure new SQL Server 2022 instances tailored to organizational needs.
- Manage database backup, recovery, and storage processes to safeguard data integrity and availability.
- Monitor systems proactively, identify failures, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
- Support application teams by troubleshooting issues and optimizing database performance.
- 5 years of experience working with SQL Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including upgrades and server builds.
- Proficiency with SQL Server Replication, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to support cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
