What's the Job?
- Manage vendor performance to service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.
- Define commodity and supplier strategies, adopting best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes.
- Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers.
- Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and team members about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
- Support highly complex or strategic initiatives, including analyzing vendor performance, building business cases, and monitoring contract execution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or vendor management.
- Strong Excel, analytical skills, with familiarity in Power BI and SQL preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
