What's the Job?
- Create comprehensive test plans and participate in peer reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Modify test plans based on peer review feedback and provide input on potential risks
- Collaborate with business analysts to verify that business requirements are complete and accurate
- Develop and execute manual test cases, and support automation efforts when applicable
- Engage in defect resolution, root cause analysis, and update quality management systems accordingly
- 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on server-side components and user interface testing
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, UNIX, SQL, and familiarity with testing tools such as XCTest, UI Automator, or similar
- Experience with relational databases, CI tools like Jenkins or TeamCity, and defect tracking systems
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively within a team environment
