What's the Job?
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Finance and HCM modules, including Workday Extend.
- Lead and support integration efforts between Workday and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ, etc.).
- Own the development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
- Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule with a skilled team.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Workday features, cloud technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience in an enterprise environment.
- 2 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs.
- Experience with data conversions, system integrations, and performance tuning
