- Lead end-to-end delivery of wave-based migrations within a high-profile contact center modernization program.
- Collaborate with business leaders and contact center teams to ensure successful migration and user adoption.
- Influence executive stakeholders to prioritize and support migration efforts effectively.
- Manage a team of 16 project managers, ensuring alignment and shared learning across project phases.
- Drive change management strategies and oversee technology integrations impacting contact center operations.
- 7 years of project management experience, including managing complex initiatives in financial services or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platform migrations, especially involving contact center applications and customer service tools.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, IVR systems, and agent scheduling tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
