Job Title:Senior CMP Equipment Engineer

What's the Job?
- Lead the installation and qualification of industry-leading CMP equipment in our state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities.
- Analyze equipment performance data, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document findings thoroughly.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges impacting production efficiency and quality.
- Manage projects using established methodologies to address hardware gaps and improve equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure optimal equipment operation and benchmark performance standards.
- At least 2 years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner specializing in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience, or an AAS with 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training, including potential extended periods in Taiwan.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
