What's the Job?
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles to promote self-organization and cross-functionality
- Remove or help escalate impediments that impact team progress
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed, prioritized backlog
- Support Agile transformation and adoption across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and Lean frameworks
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
