SAP HCM Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to join their team. As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources and IT support teams, contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of SAP HCM systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred)

Pay Range: $70/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Configure, support, and maintain SAP Personnel Administration (PA) modules to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Support and develop Organizational Management (OM) structures, processes, and integrations to optimize organizational workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PA and OM modules.
• Assist with interface modifications, enhancements, and system updates to improve system performance and reliability.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA).
• Strong experience with Organizational Management (OM) configuration and support.
• Solid understanding of SAP HR master data, organizational structures, and business processes.
• Experience supporting SAP system maintenance and operational stability.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across functional and technical boundaries.
