What's the Job?
- Develop, enhance, test, support, and maintain Salesforce applications following established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to determine needs and customize existing technology solutions accordingly.
- Identify and correct software defects in existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Create technical specifications, test plans, and documentation for various projects.
- Support production releases by providing weekend on-call support and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, and Chatter API.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices around design and development.
- Preferably hold at least one Salesforce certification.
- Proven experience supporting production releases and resolving complex problems.
- Experience working within Safe Agile methodologies and onsite/offshore models.
