- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a configuration-first approach, emphasizing declarative tools and Flow automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify processes, and translate needs into effective Salesforce architectures.
- Lead the modernization of legacy automation, including refactoring Workflow Rules and Process Builder into optimized Flows.
- Provide technical mentorship to administrators and developers, promoting best practices and enhancing team capabilities.
- Support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability across multiple clouds.
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce development and configuration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, and integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and platform best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
