What's the Job?
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for positions at all levels within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Post job openings on appropriate online platforms and utilize the company's automated employment system
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for hire
- Monitor and track open requisitions, ensuring timely and compliant hiring practices
- Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (at least 3 years of experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
