- Constructing and executing material and device aging protocols under real-time and accelerated aging conditions
- Developing and validating new test methods to ensure product quality and compliance
- Providing quality assurance engineering support for marketed medical device products
- Handling customer complaints, supporting stability studies, and investigating issues to identify root causes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, change management projects, and adhering to SOPs and external regulations
- Experience in quality assurance or related fields within healthcare or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of testing protocols and validation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
