What's the Job?
- Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features to ensure product quality.
- Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering teams to drive resolution.
- Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans to support ongoing quality efforts.
- Support QA leads in developing test strategies and creating detailed test plans.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress, providing transparency and insights.
- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools, quality metrics, and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
