- Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Manage a variety of projects, including product launches, application development, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Define, plan, and deliver strategic initiatives ensuring high-quality results and business benefits.
- Oversee all phases of project life cycle, managing scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to support Agile practices and project milestones.
- 8 years of project management experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
- Strong ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
