What's the Job?
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of customer move-in, expansion, and migration projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate multi-market deployments by collaborating with other Project Managers and internal teams.
- Develop project scope, define deliverables, and create detailed project plans to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, continuously seek process improvements, and promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, preferably within data centers, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure systems used in data center environments.
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
