- Oversee capital investments related to the company's fixed assets, from conceptual studies through project closeout.
- Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel and funding, to ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget.
- Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support design, procurement, and implementation phases, ensuring optimal plant layout and equipment selection.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to promote project success and continuous improvement.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience with project management, process engineering, or manufacturing environments, especially in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer products industries.
- Supervisory experience managing internal and external project teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Visio, and project tracking tools.
