What's the Job?
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost baselines to ensure financial control and accountability.
- Monitor actual costs versus planned costs, providing accurate forecasts and identifying savings opportunities.
- Track physical progress of engineering, procurement, and construction activities, utilizing earned value management (EVM) techniques.
- Evaluate scope changes, maintain change logs, and assess claims and variations to keep projects on track.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and support contract and commercial performance monitoring.
- A minimum of 7 years of related experience in the Oil and Gas Construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with cost control, schedule tracking, and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
