• Plan and coordinate the execution of large-scale initiatives and program deliverables involving multiple teams.
• Communicate work objectives clearly and facilitate synchronization across various teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into project health, manage program risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and budget.
