- Manage and support production systems across global markets technology platforms.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement changes and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead incident management efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos to analyze system performance and logs.
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong experience with AS400/iSeries, RPG, and CL programming languages.
- Proficiency with IBM Connect Direct, Turnover, and IBM Advanced job scheduler.
- Knowledge of Linux, SQL, Python, Java, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts related to Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Change management.
