- Provide 24x7 end-to-end detailed monitoring and support of infrastructure and application components critical to the Customer Facing Platform Technology (CFPT) CTO.
- Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and research potential production incidents, ensuring minimal impact on services.
- Respond promptly to alerts regarding potential production issues and escalate as necessary for resolution.
- Perform trending and analysis using monitoring tools and reports to proactively address potential issues before they affect customers.
- Collaborate with Change Operations to support change implementations and identify potential issues resulting from updates.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT production support or an equivalent role.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI.
- Experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, Windows environments.
- Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Intermediary.
- Ability to work in non-contiguous shifts, including potential weekend days, with a flexible and proactive attitude.
