- Organize and direct work on the processing floor to meet production schedules efficiently.
- Ensure that the workforce performs their duties in accordance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor quality checks to meet quality goals and ensure product safety standards are maintained.
- Lead risk management and safety initiatives to protect employees and minimize organizational liability.
- Support employee engagement through training, goal setting, and labor relations activities.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near moving mechanical parts.
- Experience working in refrigerated and cold environments is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
