- Manage ASIN setup and product catalog
- Create and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various
Project Management
- Create, audit and maintain Jira tickets for IFT team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Client operational support teams
- Develop and maintain internal IFT team supporting documentation such as
- Help source data and other Client resources to accelerate contract
Quality Assurance/UAT
- Develop and maintain test cases for platform functionality
- Execute functional and user acceptance testing
