What's the Job?
- Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
- Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.
- Perform unit repairs and assist in technical action plans to resolve PC and printer issues.
- Interact directly with customers to educate them about technology and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage multiple service events efficiently while maintaining quality and adherence to contractual commitments.
- Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot various hardware problems, including printers and third-party software or networks.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.
- Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
