What's the Job?
- Support the Portfolio Operations Manager in managing capital and operating budgets effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of expenditures, including building budgets and forecasts.
- Manage contract processes, including purchasing and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Handle accounting tasks such as accrual management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in estimating costs for business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Background in Accounting and/or Financial Analysis.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience demonstrating a proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Co-pilot / Gemini tools.
