Our client, a leading organization in the financial and operational management sector, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 2 to join their team. As a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 2, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Operations department supporting the Portfolio Operations Manager and contributing to bridging the gap between IT and disciplined financial oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

What's the Job?

• Support the Portfolio Operations Manager in managing capital and operating budgets effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of expenditures, including building budgets and forecasts.
• Manage contract processes, including purchasing and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Handle accounting tasks such as accrual management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in estimating costs for business cases to support strategic decision-making.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Background in Accounting and/or Financial Analysis.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience demonstrating a proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Co-pilot / Gemini tools.
