Pay Range: $45- $48/hr on W2, based on experience

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Clinisys (Sunquest) Laboratory Information System in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role partners closely with client stakeholders, vendor teams, and Accenture on and offshore support teams to ensure reliable system performance, timely issue resolution, and alignment between application capabilities and business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong application support experience, technical proficiency, a clinical laboratory background and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Sunquest LIS workflows, configuration, and application functionality, including Collection and Tempo.
• Manage and prioritize daily support, maintenance, incident resolution, and service requests in accordance with defined service level agreements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational needs and align system capabilities with business requirements.
• Coordinate with Accenture team members, software vendor resources, and offshore support teams to support ongoing operations and enhancements.
• Delegate and monitor tasks across support resources to promote effective communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, support procedures, and testing protocols.
• Participate in meetings and status reviews, providing updates on active work, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CAP, data governance standards, and organizational security policies.
• Support cross-functional teams working on related applications and integrated systems.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in application support, application coordination, or application management.
• Required hands-on experience with the Clinisys (Sunquest) LIS suite.
• Experience supporting day-to-day application operations in a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining application documentation and supporting testing activities.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
