Our client organization is seeking an IT SUPPORT ANALYST. In this role you will spend half your time supporting non-technical end users on questions using third-party proprietary software systems. You will have exceptional listening, trouble-shooting, and customer service skills. The other half of your time will be spent trouble shooting various hardware, software, or application issues AND have the opportunity to apply your data analysis and reporting skills and continue to grow and expand on those.

Requirements:
· 5 years of a combination of basic hardware, software, and end user support. Supporting legacy systems and newer web mobile applications as well.
· Any experience and exposure to SQL, Python, R, Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication, end-user customer service and collaboration is required.

Candidates with prior successful experience in roles that intersect between IT and Business. This could be former roles as: Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Technical Trainer, Technical Scrum Master, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst and other. Must have proven experience, providing end user support and training in legacy and newer evolving mobile apps. Be good at analysis, and business requirements for new processes and features, and have any and all additional technical skills related to querying, scripting and reporting data.
