What's the Job?
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to publish and maintain the pump SHIP schedule, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Audit technician training records to ensure compliance with required standards and documentation.
- Audit technician expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide reporting and analysis on serial numbers to track closed field actions versus open work orders.
- Follow up with customers on any remaining recall pumps and loaner pumps to ensure devices are sent for repair or returned appropriately.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively at all levels of customer and organization
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and establish processes
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
