Our client, industry-leading safety and equipment services provider, is seeking a FLD Manufacturer Field Representative to join their team. As a FLD Manufacturer Field Representative, you will be part of the technical support and repair department supporting field operations and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: FLD Manufacturer Field Representative

Location: Red Wing, MN

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer-owned fall protection equipment returned from the field.
• Examine equipment for damage, wear, or environmental residue, and dismantle as needed for internal inspection.
• Repair or replace damaged components, ensuring all repairs meet safety and product standards.
• Create detailed work orders, document parts used, and estimate repair costs accurately.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support safety protocols.

• Ability to perform visual and mechanical inspections of fall protection devices.
• Experience operating metalworking tools such as drills and grinders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for documenting work and coordinating with team members.
