- Provide high-level architectural expertise to technical teams and management.
- Develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines.
- Design system infrastructure strategies to support organizational goals.
- Advise on technological purchases related to processing, data storage, and application development.
- Set standards for client/server relational database structures, including SQL, Oracle, and Sybase.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Platform Architecture (Master level preferred).
- Expertise in ServiceNow System Configuration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system design and infrastructure.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
