What's the Job?
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize process flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Apply Kanban systems to enhance warehouse design and operations, driving operational efficiency and minimizing stock-out line downs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve SAP inventory discrepancies, supporting accurate inventory management.
- Identify and analyze continuous improvement projects to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production & operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of industry experience, with a focus on high-volume or large-scale manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP (ECC), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and experience with process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
