LMS Trainer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a LMS Trainer to join their team. As a LMS Trainer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting the technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LMS Trainer

Location: Maryland

Pay Range: $45-48/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions using the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials including job aids, guides, videos, and assessments.
• Configure and manage LMS courses, users, and reporting to ensure smooth operation and tracking.
• Partner with technology and business teams to identify and address training needs effectively.
• Track course completion, gather learner feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in training, LMS administration, or instructional support.
• Hands-on experience with an LMS platform such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Comfortable working independently within a small team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
