What's the Job?
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions using the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials including job aids, guides, videos, and assessments.
- Configure and manage LMS courses, users, and reporting to ensure smooth operation and tracking.
- Partner with technology and business teams to identify and address training needs effectively.
- Track course completion, gather learner feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in training, LMS administration, or instructional support.
- Hands-on experience with an LMS platform such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Comfortable working independently within a small team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
