What's the Job?
- Lead onshore / offshore Development teams.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
- Leverage AI and build scalable systems at speed using Java, React, and database technologies, with a background in IAM.
- Leadership experience - overseeing an onshore and/or offshore team as either the most senior member or lead the teams is required
- 5-7 years of Software Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, React, and database management.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is a HUGE PLUS.
- Ability to develop scalable systems efficiently and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
