Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control (QC) of KYC Documentation : Review and validate KYC files to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance : Conduct quality checks on KYC files, with a specific focus on risk classification, customer information, and account documentation.
- Error Identification and Correction : Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information in KYC documentation and follow up for correction.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate with KYC analysts to ensure timely corrections and adherence to policies and provide guidance when necessary.
- Reporting : Maintain records of quality control findings and report on compliance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in KYC reviews with a strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- QC Experience : Prior experience as a KYC Checker or in a QC-focused role within KYC is required.
- Skills : Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with AML/KYC regulations.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with KYC analysts and other team members.
- Location Requirement : This is an onsite role based in Jacksonville, FL
