What's the Job?
- Analyze current IVR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to call center technology.
- Design and develop prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions for business and technical teams.
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub Copilot to manage project workflows and code repositories.
- Support the integration of speech IVR and client-facing systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Proficiency with Agile/Lean methodologies and tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Python programming and prompt engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud and call center technologies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Speech IVR systems, Genesys Cloud CX, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
