- Design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a modern Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through rigorous testing and quality control practices.
- Lead and mentor developers within an agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing IVR applications to optimize performance and reliability.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience with complex applications.
- Previous experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
- Proficiency with Java/JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
- Experience leading developers in an agile, fast-paced engineering environment.
- Strong commitment to engineering excellence, clean code, and scalable design.
