What’s the Job?
- Lead the strategy and lifecycle management of enterprise data and analytics platforms , delivering scalable, secure, and reusable data products using modern cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power BI, Purview, Cognite).
- Translate business priorities into data platform capabilities , working closely with enterprise architects and stakeholders to enable advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML solutions across source systems and downstream consumers.
- Oversee the design and deployment of AI/ML, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions , ensuring automation performance, reliability, compliance, and integration into business operations.
- Manage data platform operations, reliability, and governance , including monitoring, cost optimization, DevOps/MLOps practices, cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team , managing day-to-day operations, external partners, and project portfolios while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and people management experience , including team development, performance management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep expertise in cloud-based data and analytics platforms , data integration, AI/ML platforms, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset , with the ability to align technology initiatives to enterprise priorities, build business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes.
